As our Customer Support Consultant you will play an important part in building all-in-one environment for businesses looking to make their accounting processes smarter. If you want to make an impact and see the value in our start-up mind-set combined with 10+ years of international experience in the field then this is the place for you. 

Your duties will include but not be limited to

  • Answering to customer support request via e-mail, phone or any other channels
  • On-boarding new customers
  • Ensuring customers employ best practices and use Finbite’s solutions to the maximum value
  • Mapping and describing development needs from both customers and digitizers to help improve e-invoicing solution and internal processes
  • Testing solutions and reporting bugs

You will be a good fit if you

  • Are fluent in Lithuanian (both speaking and writing) and English
  • Have an empathetic, consultative and customer focused mind-set 
  • Have some experience with accounting software(s) would be a bonus. If not, then we will train You anyway 😉
  • Have interest in technical details
