As our Customer Support Consultant you will play an important part in building all-in-one environment for businesses looking to make their accounting processes smarter. Your duties will include but not be limited to
- Answering to customer support request via e-mail, phone or any other channels
- On-boarding new customers
- Ensuring customers employ best practices and use Finbite’s solutions to the maximum value
- Mapping and describing development needs from both customers and digitizers to help improve e-invoicing solution and internal processes
- Testing solutions and reporting bugs
You will be a good fit if you
- Are fluent in Lithuanian (both speaking and writing) and English
- Have an empathetic, consultative and customer focused mind-set
- Have some experience with accounting software(s) would be a bonus. If not, then we will train You anyway 😉
- Have interest in technical details
