Finbite OÜ, a leading Baltic e-invoice operator and a subsidiary of the Eesti Post group, has appointed Kätlin Päll as its newest board member. Päll previously served as the company’s COO. With this appointment, Finbite aims to further strengthen its strategic focus and operational efficiency.

Kätlin Päll brings extensive experience in management and strategic HR development to the board. In addition to her role at Finbite, Päll is the founder and CEO of the HR consultancy firm Connexa, bringing a distinct ability to integrate people, processes, and technological innovations into cohesive and effective solutions.

“I am grateful for the trust and excited for the opportunity to contribute to the strategy and growth story of Finbite as a leader in the e-invoicing sector,” said Kätlin Päll. “Our focus remains firm – to make business billing processes smarter, faster, and more efficient in Estonia and across Europe. Finbite will continue to develop innovative solutions that help our clients free themselves from the manual labor associated with invoice management and focus on their core business. A key part of this focus is Bilnex, the new free invoice management platform launched last year, the continued growth and development of which is one of our priorities,” Päll added.

With the change in board composition, Finbite also extends its gratitude to Keir Veskiväli for his significant contribution to the company’s development. “The progress made under Keir’s leadership has significantly strengthened Finbite’s position in the dynamic fintech sector and created a solid foundation for our future growth targets,” Päll added.

As part of the Eesti Post, Finbite’s goal is to be the preferred partner for companies seeking to automate their accounting processes. Päll’s appointment to the board supports the company’s long-term vision of providing modern and secure invoice management software throughout the Baltic region.

Finbite is a leading smart billing and e-invoicing platform that helps thousands of companies in the Baltics automate their accounting and invoice management processes. The company’s solutions include sending and receiving e-invoices, digitizing receipts, and automating expense reporting.
