As our high-performing Head of Sales you will play an important part in building all-in-one environment for businesses looking to make their accounting processes smarter. Your duties will include but not be limited to
- leading, mentoring and inspiring our sales team.
- developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans and hitting annual targets.
- building relationships and maintaining deep understanding of target customer, user and buyer profiles, behaviours, and relevant value propositions.
- working closely with other stakeholders, providing regular forecast updates as well as having a large say in the business’ strategic goals, product development, and growth ambitions.
You will be a good fit if you have
- experience within the technology or software space as a Sales Manager, Head of Sales or Sales Director and a deep understanding of B2B sales.
- experience in coaching sales people to succeed.
- an energetic, consultative, and impactful new business mind-set.
- a proven track record of over-achieving while working and excelling in fast-paced environments.
