How did your career lead you to the world of fintech?
I applied for the job and joined the team in early 2021, when Finbite had separated from Omniva quite recently. Because of my previous experiences in accounting, software testing, and customer relations, this position seemed to be the perfect fit for me.
What are you working on at Finbite today?
I am the primary contact for all our customers and answer their inquiries through all our contact channels. My goal is to provide solutions, guide and take the client forward from the point of concern, question or request that brought them to us.
What has been your greatest work-related achievement that makes you really proud?
I am proud of my achievements when I’ve solved particularly complex customer issues with a logical and creative approach. Me and my team are also proud of the high-quality customer service that we offer daily.
As the billing center is an extremely large and feature-rich system, I’m really proud to admit that I’m competent in most of the details within this large system.
Tell a funny story about a situation that has happened to you while working in Finbite.
It is very important to have a great team around you and working with Finbite colleagues is always fun! Our (situational)humor is very uplifting, especially in the moments when we have answered the customer’s calls with a smile because someone has had a lot of fun before.
What are you looking forward to or what is something you would definitely want to accomplish in Finbite?
I am excited about our company’s development plans and new and ongoing projects. There is always an opportunity to learn and develop, and it is interesting to know the new directions that lie ahead. One of the biggest upcoming developments is the separation of the Finbite Invoice Center system from the Omniva web platform. The brand new web platform is currently work-in-progress.
In conclusion, what helps you to organize your thoughts after a busy working day.
I enjoy going to different art exhibitions and making art myself.
Staying in nature always invigorates the soul – walks, hiking, spending the night in tents or hammock tents, foraging for berries and mushrooms in autumn. In addition, if possible, I go fishing, and the moment a perch is caught on the hook, makes my eyes always shine! 😊
