
In the first months of 2025, a number of improvements have been made to the Finbite environment making it even simpler and more user-friendly. The biggest changes involve the process and settings for digitising purchase invoices. Positive feedback has already been received on improvements to the confirmation circle and search functionality as well.

Send multiple invoices for digitisation in one email (temporarily suspended)
Many users have been waiting for the possibility to send several PDF invoices for digitisation in one e-mail. Now it is possible! In order to do this, you need to activate the corresponding setting in advance from General Info -> Purchase Invoice Settings -> Purchase Invoice Inbox. This setting is only visible to customers who have digitisation activated. In order to activate digitisation, please contact the Finbite sales team.
Activating or not activating this setting will affect how documents sent for digitisation are handled.
Setting enabled: Multiple PDF files can be sent for digitisation in a single e-mail. Each PDF file is treated as a separate invoice. The content of the email or other documents from the email (Word files, CSVs, images, etc.) will not be added to any of the invoices.
Setting not activated: Only one PDF invoice can still be sent per email. Any other attachments (e.g. text of the email content, images, Word files) will be added as attachments to the digitised invoice. If there are several PDF invoices in an e-mail, only the first one will be digitised.
If the setting is not activated, we recommend sending only one PDF invoice to the digitisation mailbox to speed up the processing of invoices and their listing in the purchase invoice view.
Date-based searches are now faster and more convenient
Searching for documents by date is now smoother – specifying the start of a period automatically opens the end date selection. This update applies to all views where you can search for documents by date.
In addition, we have also made it easier to search for purchase invoices for users whose accounts are linked to several companies. When you change the representation to another company, the original status of the purchase invoices is restored for faster data loading.
The confirmation circle feature got 2 major updates
We’ve made the purchase invoice confirmation view on mobile even more user-friendly. Now you can see all the account information related to the invoice line, and the overall view has been made even more convenient. This update has already been approved by several customers.
In the confirmation circle, it is now easier to add accounting data to an invoice, as the generated lines are saved a little slower. This will give the user more time to complete all the actions needed.
Regardless of the chosen package, the full menu is visible to all users
While previously the content displayed in the side menu depended on the company’s package choice, now the full range of services is visible for Starter and Lite users. This gives a complete overview of the solutions offered by Finbite, regardless of which package a company uses. It is also possible to activate the service by sending a request to upgrade directly from the environment.
