This time we recap the year and look to the future through the eyes of our customers and users. We are sincerely grateful to everyone who took the time to take part in the Customer Satisfaction Survey at the end of October. Your feedback is essential for us – it helps us understand your expectations and provide even better solutions to automate your invoice management. There is no better or more honest way to sum up the year than through the experiences of the customers we have worked so hard for all year.

Growing Customer Satisfaction and Engagement

A recent customer satisfaction survey showed a continued positive trend in the user experience of our services and solutions. The number of survey respondents increased by as much as 62% compared to the previous survey, indicating increased customer interest and engagement.

On average, customers rated their satisfaction with our products and services as 7.2 out of 10. We were particularly pleased to see that the majority of customers are willing to recommend Finbit solutions to others, showing that the solutions create real value for your business.

Which Solutions are Deemed Most Essential?

Customer feedback highlights that Finbite’s Purchase Invoice Management module and Invoice Confirmation solution are the most valued. Customers also greatly appreciate the digitization of invoices and receipts, as well as the ability to create accounting and confirmation templates, which streamline accounting processes and save significant time. This insight reinforces our commitment to prioritizing the enhancement and development of these solutions.

Customer Service

We also asked for feedback on the most recent customer service experience by phone or email. We are pleased that our customer support team is meeting users’ expectations, with an average score of 7.9 out of 10. Many customers specifically praised the quick response times and valued the helpful advice and tips provided to enhance their use of our solutions.

Your suggestions will be valuable input for Finbite developments

The positive feedback we received was incredibly motivating, but we found the constructive suggestions for improving the Finbite environment even more inspiring. We are taking these ideas to heart and have already planned several enhancements that will be rolled out to users early in the new year. Here are the key changes inspired by your input.

1. Sending Multiple Invoices in a Single Email for Digitization

Previously, only one PDF invoice could be sent for digitization at a time. We are now introducing the ability to send multiple invoices to the automated invoice recognition system in a single email. To ensure clarity and manageability, users will have the option to set limits on the number of additional documents included. This new feature will be available for testing as early as the first quarter of 2025.

2. Enhancing the Speed and Accuracy of Digitization

As invoice digitisation is seen by our customers as one of the key components when it comes to automating their processes, we are focused on advancing our systems and automations. Our aim is to make the digitization process faster and more precise, ensuring an even smoother experience for our users.

3. Simplifying and Automating Accounting and Confirmation Templates

In the new year, we will focus on enhancing automated templates to streamline invoice account allocation and confirmation processes. Given the importance of this functionality in seamless accounting processes, we aim to refine the underlying mechanisms to simplify and automate template creation and implementation, making them more user-friendly and efficient.

4. Easy Solution for Requesting E-Invoices from Partners

In the first half of 2025, we will introduce a feature in the Finbite environment that makes requesting e-invoices from partners simple and efficient. By adopting e-invoicing with key partners, you can significantly accelerate the flow of invoices and payments. The process is straightforward: fill out a brief form with your partner’s contact details, and they will receive an invitation to join the Finbite environment and begin issuing e-invoices directly to your company.

5. Ongoing User Interface and Functionality Enhancements

This year, we successfully launched the refreshed design of the Finbite environment, which has now become well-established. However, our commitment to improvement continues into the new year. We are actively enhancing various elements of the platform—such as menus and overall design—to deliver a smoother, more intuitive, and enjoyable user experience.
