In recent months, we have made a number of important improvements to enhance the Finbite environment and make it even more user-friendly and efficient, based on customer feedback.
Confirmation circle for invoices and expense reports
- You can now set the mandatory confirmers who must always approve the invoice, regardless of the limits of the previous confirmers. For example, if an accountant needs to review and approve all invoices, you can set them as a mandatory confirmer and ensure they are always involved in the process. This innovation makes the use of confirmation circles, confirmation templates and user-based limits much more flexible.
- The initiator of a confirmation circle now has the option to activate a setting to receive email notifications when a confirmation circle is being rerouted and a user who was not in the original confirmation order is added. If the confirmation circle has been initiated automatically through a template, a redirection notification will be sent to the email address specified in the purchase invoice settings for returning faulty invoices.
- The confirmation circle view has been made more user-friendly. All the information about the approval process and the invoice is in a more compact and easy to grasp view. In addition, a number of pop-ups, submenus and more has been updated.
Functionality and reliability
- We improved the functionality and reliability of the duplicate purchase invoice detection logic to ensure it operates more accurately.
- We also worked on fixing minor software bugs and upgrading the system infrastructure to ensure even greater dependability.
