As our high-performing Head of Sales you will play an important part in building all-in-one environment for businesses looking to make their accounting processes smarter. If you want to make an impact and see the value in our start-up mind-set combined with 10+ years of international experience in the field then this is the place for you. 

Your duties will include but not be limited to 

  • leading, mentoring and inspiring our sales team. 
  • developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans and hitting annual targets. 
  • building relationships and maintaining deep understanding of target customer, user and buyer profiles, behaviours, and relevant value propositions. 
  • working closely with other stakeholders, providing regular forecast updates as well as having a large say in the business’ strategic goals, product development, and growth ambitions. 

You will be a good fit if you have 

  • experience within the technology or software space as a Sales Manager, Head of Sales or Sales Director and a deep understanding of B2B sales.  
  • experience in coaching sales people to succeed. 
  • an energetic, consultative, and impactful new business mind-set. 
  • a proven track record of over-achieving while working and excelling in fast-paced environments.
