Platform Updates in Finbite

Over the past few months, we have made several updates to the Finbite platform with the goal of making everyday invoice management smoother and more consistent. Here are the most important changes.

New template copying feature saves time

In addition to confirmation templates, you can now also copy accounting templates in Finbite. This is especially useful when you already have a working template and need a slightly different version of it. No more waiting for a new invoice to arrive just to start from scratch and re-enter all the data manually.

You can create a copy in just a few clicks (Settings → Templates → Accounting templates → Actions → Copy) and then make the necessary changes to the supplier details and save the new template.

A more consistent user experience across the platform

We have updated the look and logic of several modules to make the Finbite environment feel more cohesive. The expense report view, the expense report approval workflow, and the sales invoice view have all gone through a round of improvements.

This means that moving between modules now feels more natural — the logic, buttons, and layout follow the same pattern. A small change that makes everyday use noticeably more comfortable.

Behind-the-scenes work

A significant part of this period has gone into changes that are not directly visible in the user interface. For example, we introduced improvements related to PEPPOL e-invoicing to ensure that data exchange works reliably and smoothly.
